Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Grossmont Healthcare District. All District governance shall be exercised by or under the direction of the Board. The Board then appropriately delegates its powers and authority to officers and employees. There are five publicly elected Board members, each a registered voter residing in one of the five designated zones within the District.

The Board of Directors holds regular meetings open to the public, every 1st Tuesday and 3rd Thursday of the month, at 9 AM. Check the calendar to verify any changes or cancellations.
